Tamika Rodgers
Tamika Rodgers earned her coaching credential through the International Coaching Federation and serves as a Leader in Me Coach & Consultant for Franklin Covey Education. She has served as Assistant Superintendent at the New York City Department of Education, where she provided targeted and rapid school improvement strategies and best practices for a portfolio of CSI/TSI/Receivership schools across K-12 schools to exceed the state and district goals aligned to their Comprehensive Education Plan for all students especially those who have been disproportionately underserved students.
Tamika's educational leadership experience is rooted in the private, public, and charter school settings as an instructional coach, assistant principal, principal, managing director, and director of student services across the United States. She believes in disrupting the status quo and debunking inequitable systems and practices that impede black and brown students' excellence by providing hands-on coaching and support to district and school leaders, teacher teams, and all stakeholders invested in partnering to develop students and staff to be life-ready.

She earned her bachelor’s in Political Science at Hofstra University; a master’s degree in Education from Metropolitan College of NY; a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix; and School Building & District Leader Certifications from the College of St. Rose. Tamika is pursuing a doctoral degree in Christian Leadership at Liberty University and enjoys being a wife, mother, and Pilates Instructor.
